MEMBERSHIP Policy

This Membership Policy describes the terms and conditions for the detailing membership plans offered by D&A Auto Body Shop (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to the terms of this Membership Policy.

1. Membership Eligibility

Each membership is valid for one vehicle only and cannot be shared, transferred, or applied to multiple vehicles unless otherwise approved by us in writing

2. Membership Plans

We offer multiple membership tiers, each with a specific number of visits and included services per month.

 

Silver Package:

 

  • 2 visits per month

  • Premium Hand Wash

  • Interior Vacuum

  • Dash Wipe Down

  • Tire Shine

  • Appointment only

 

Gold Package:

 

  • 3 visits per month

  • Everything in Silver Package

  • Spray Wax Application

  • Window Cleaning

  • Rims and Wheel Cleaning

  • Appointment only

 

VIP Package:

 

  • 4 visits per month

  • Everything in Gold Package

  • Hand Wax or Interior Shampoo

  • Light Stain Removal

  • High Gloss Tire Dressing

  • Appointment only

3. Scheduling and Appointments

All membership services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.

Customers are encouraged to schedule in advance to secure their preferred date and time.

Missed appointments or late arrivals may require rescheduling.

4. Billing and Payments

Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

All payments must be made on time for membership benefits to remain active.

If a payment fails or a membership becomes inactive, included services and benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Monthly Visit Usage

Included visits must be used within the same monthly billing cycle.

Unused visits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.

Membership visits cannot be exchanged for credit, refunds, or other services unless approved by us.

6. Vehicle Condition and Additional Charges

Membership pricing covers standard maintenance-level service for vehicles in normal condition.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, stains, odors, or heavy buildup may require extra time and may be subject to an additional charge.
Any additional charge will be communicated before service begins.

7. Vehicle Type Limitations

Membership pricing is intended for standard passenger vehicles.

Larger vehicles, oversized SUVs, trucks, vans, or specialty vehicles may be subject to additional fees or may require custom approval.

8. Service Limitations

Membership benefits apply only to the services listed in the selected plan.

Additional detailing services, specialty treatments, or upgrades not included in the membership may be available at an extra cost.
Service times may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle.

9. Cancellations and Changes

Memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing, plan features, or availability at any time.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service for any vehicle that is unsafe, unsanitary, excessively neglected, or otherwise unsuitable for standard detailing work.
