General Information
  • We work with all major insurance providers, including:

  • We accept all insurance companies—no exceptions.

  • We handle it all. We can also file the claim on your behalf if you prefer. Whatever works best for you.

Customer Process
    1. Start your claim – Submit your claim online, call us, or just stop by.

    2. Provide your info – Fill out our online form or get help from our specialists by phone or in person.

    3. Drop off your vehicle – Bring it in at your scheduled time.

    4. We take it from there – We handle the paperwork, talk to your insurance company, and begin repairs.

      If your insurance includes rental coverage, we’ll arrange a rental car while yours is being fixed.

  • Absolutely. We handle everything filing the claim, contacting the insurance company, submitting documents and photos, and managing all follow-ups. You won’t have to worry about a thing.

    • Insurance claims – Free estimates in person or online.

    • Non-insurance claims 

    • Verbal estimates: Free

    • Detailed written estimates: $100 (credited toward your repair if you move forward with us)

Turnaround and Payment
  • Timing depends on the extent of damage and parts availability. We’ll give you a clear estimate after inspection and always aim to finish as quickly as possible—without compromising quality.

  • Usually just the deductible, but we work hard to reduce it for you.

    In many cases, we can significantly cut your out-of-pocket cost.

    If upgrades or non-covered parts are requested, we’ll always review that with you in advance no surprises.

  • Yes. If your policy includes rental coverage, we’ll handle everything with Enterprise and get you into a rental car while repairs are done.
