Service requests and appointment bookings made via the Site are sent directly to D&A Auto Body Shop. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before submission. Estimates provided are based on the information you submit and may be adjusted upon in-person inspection. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or pricing

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

All service prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and may vary based on vehicle condition, parts availability, or labor involved. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Applicable local, state, and federal taxes, as well as disposal or materials fees, will be itemized in your final invoice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us directly. Because services often require part orders or reserved labor slots, cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Refunds for prepaid services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Vehicle Drop-off & Pickup

Drop-off and pickup times are based on your confirmed appointment or service schedule. We aim to meet quoted turnaround times, but delays may occur due to parts availability, insurance approvals, or unforeseen repair needs. Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days after completion may incur storage fees.

6. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email, vehicle information (make, model, VIN), billing address, service history, and insurance details. This information allows us to provide accurate service, communicate with you, and improve our operations.
